Energy Efficiency

In Ireland, energy use in buildings accounts for 23% of all carbon emissions. In order to reach our Paris climate goals all new buildings must now be built to NZEB standard. Also, under the Climate Action plan, 500,00 homes must be retrofitted to a B2 energy rating by 2030. As a result, there is currently, and will be in the future, a huge demand for building professionals trained in designing and delivering energy efficient buildings.
